📦 Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item was delivered damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Mention your Order ID and reason for return

  3. Attach clear photos or an unboxing video (mandatory for damaged/wrong items)

Once approved, our team will guide you through the return process.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will arrange pickup at no extra cost.

  • If the return is due to personal preference (size issue, change of mind), return shipping charges may apply or may not be accepted (based on product category).

💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer (customer must provide bank details).

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

We currently offer exchanges only for:
